neuralytics has developed maprochaineauto.OS with its core promise: to predict, anticipate and develop additional business levers through Marketing Automation actions. To this end, neuralytics combines the best of both worlds, combining human relationships with the power of artificial intelligence.
The tool uses pre-built marketing animation programs to detect vehicle renewal intentions, enabling sales forces to process pre-qualified leads. For example: customers with an appointment at the workshop automatically receive an email inviting them to view a personalized selection of new or used vehicles that match their profile. The tracking of the customer’s browsing on the vehicle selection enables the warmth of the contact to be detected, and provides the sales assistant with a maximum of information for his sales pitch.
Deployed and adopted by over 1,500 dealers (France, Monaco, Switzerland and Italy), maprochaineauto.OS has established itself as one of the benchmark marketing tools in the automotive distribution landscape, with a 5 to 10% average increase in new and used vehicle sales.
Among other developments, the sales and marketing forces now have access to a single customer view that delivers
deduplicated and precise data thanks to fine, qualified segmentation. Interfacing with dealers’ digital ecosystem, the power of the algorithms automatically transforms and standardizes data to provide a complete record of the customer’s entire history with the point of sale (contacts, offers, sales, invoicing, etc.).
To help dealers build a dynamic, personalized sales strategy, neuralytics has also implemented a querier and scenario editing tool. From now on, dealers can opt either for pre-built animation programs, or create and distribute customized campaigns tailored to the unique profile of each target. For example, sales forces can track a commercial offer already sent out, and automatically follow up with the prospect by proposing similar vehicles as soon as they come into stock.
A landing page connected to the dealership’s inventory offers a differentiating qualification channel. Operating like an e-commerce site, it enables end customers to consult in real time a selection of ultra-personalized vehicles, based on their unique profile and current vehicle. Connected directly to the main e-mailing tools (Mailchimp, Mailjet, Brevo, etc.) and forms (Google Forms, Typeform, etc.) already used by dealers, maprochaineauto.OS also enables to address each contact and process each lead without leaving the tool.
