This creates a unified, optimised used-vehicle sales journey for a smooth, seamless customer experience.
Already used by the networks of several leading brands including Volkswagen, Nissan, Stellantis, Hyundai and, more recently, Volvo, bee2link is moving up to the next level.
This partnership reflects the customer promise of Mercedes-Benz France , requiring Mercedes-Benz Certified used vehicles (available only through the Mercedes-Benz network) to meet strict criteria and undergo thorough mechanical and detailing checks by a qualified technician.

Mercedes Benz chose bee2link for its pertinent and original value proposition, based on technological advances, combined with an efficient online tool for used vehicle trade-ins.
Interfaced and integrated with the ecosystem of Mercedes-Benz France, bee2link’s Used Vehicle Pack groups all the business tools needed to optimise the entire used vehicle sales journey and to manage performance online or at the dealership , in compliance with the manufacturer’s standards.
Already established as a trusted partner for leading dealers, bee2link conducted a pilot phase in collaboration with one of its long-standing customers, the CHOPARD GROUP, a leading brand dealer for Mercedes-Benz, and user of bee2link’s digital solutions for Stellantisgroup brands.
This collaboration paved the way for the technical deployment across dealerships of the Used Vehicle Pack with its four main functions: used vehicle management and trade-in valuations, used vehicle stock management and optimisation, multi-channel sales and CRM.
From real-time online vehicle trade-in valuations to the online publication of new used vehicles in stock, from the production of sales documentation compliant with the manufacturer’s standards to analytical and reporting tools, bee2link’s digital platform optimises each customer journey with a qualified view detailing the history of each profile.
