bee2link group signs an exclusive partnership agreement with Hyundai Motor France as part of its Hyundai Promise used car label

Trade-in, used vehicle and BI functionalities dedicated to the Hyundai Promise used vehicle label for an omnichannel journey

Delivering all the functions required for trade-in management, used vehicle sales and performance measurement with Business Intelligence, the new  OpenFlex  platform provides Hyundai Motor France and its dealers with a unique, all-in-one digital solution to oversee and manage their used vehicle business from end-to-end, in the dealership and online.

Finally, bee2link’s digital platform is integrated and interfaced with the Hyundai ecosystem, for aspects relating to CRM (Hway), financial services (Hyundai Capital Finance or HCF), and – as of 25 September last – the new Hyundai Promise online sales platform. This makes it possible to optimise each and every customer journey with a qualified view of the history of each profile for a fully connected sales experience. For customers, the platform delivers a smooth, seamless experience, comparable to that provided by e-commerce players.
