bee2link group, the new partner of Volvo Car France for its used car label, Volvo Selekt

Paris, 16.05.2023 Volvo Car France has selected and listed bee2link, a pioneer in the development of digital platforms and apps for the automotive retail industry, for its Volvo Selekt used car label. Volvo Car France and its dealers now have access to bee2link’s interconnected, fully automated 360° digital platform and Used Vehicle Pack for end-to-end management of their used vehicle business.

Following its selection for the networks of several leading brands including Volkswagen, Nissan, Stellantis and Hyundai, bee2link is moving up to the next level. Already a partner of Volvo Car France

for its online used vehicle trade-in tool, bee2link group has now received formal certification for the deployment of its Used Vehicle Pack in the brand’s dealer network (125 dealerships managed by 44 partners). A pioneer and innovator, bee2link is the second technology partner to be listed by Volvo Car France for its used vehicle business, covering both the purchase and resale of used vehicles. 

This new partnership reflects the customer promise formulated by Volvo Car France following the review of its Volvo Selekt label. The scope of the label has been extended to include all Volvo used vehicles up to 10 years of age and with maximum mileage of 150,000 km. It also includes an extended warranty for vehicles under two years of age, and for all 100% electric models with Volvo Selekt certification. Customers are free to exchange their used vehicle within 30 days or up to a limit of 1,500 km. 

Volvo chose bee2link for its pertinent and original digitally based value proposition, technological advances and efficient online used vehicle trade-in tool, already tested by the brand. Interfaced and integrated with the Volvo Car France ecosystem, bee2link’s Used Vehicle Pack includes all the business tools required to optimise the used vehicle sales journey and to manage performance online and on-site, for both consumers and dealers, in compliance with the label’s standards.

Already established as a trusted partner for leading dealers, bee2link conducted a pilot phase in collaboration with one of its long-standing customers, sipa, a leading brand dealer for Volvo, and also a user of bee2link’s digital solutions for the brands VolkswagenFIATSEAT and Hyundai.

This collaboration paved the way for the technical deployment in dealerships of the Used Vehicle Pack with its four main functions: 

From real-time online vehicle trade-in valuations to the online publication of new used vehicles in stock, from the production of sales documentation compliant with the manufacturer’s standards to analytical and reporting tools, bee2link’s digital platform optimises each customer journey with a qualified view detailing the history of each profile.
