maprochaineauto.OS gains CRM functionalities for its arrival on bee2link group’s OpenFlex platform

Paris, 20.07.2023 – neuralytics, a bee2link group entity, is upgrading its predictive marketing solution, maprochaineauto.OS, with new CRM functionalities to bring dealers a complete, integrated, automated customer relationship management tool. 
Dealers can now create customised marketing scenarios based on deduplicated data, in order to target customers and prospects as part of an automated, personalised approach, without leaving the tool. 

maprochaineauto.OS: a pioneer in predictive marketing, accelerating sales growth

neuralytics has developed maprochaineauto.OS an operating system whose core promise is to predict, anticipate and develop new business levers through Marketing Automation. To achieve this, neuralytics combines the best of both worlds, fusing human relations with the power of artificial intelligence. 

The tool uses pre-built marketing programmes to detect a planned change of vehicle, providing pre-qualified leads for the sales team. For example, customers with workshop appointments automatically receive an email inviting them to view a personalised selection of new or used vehicles matching their profile. By tracking the customer’s activity in browsing through the vehicle selection, the sales team is able to identify hot contacts, and gather as much information as possible for their sales pitch. 

Deployed and adopted by over 1,500 dealers in France, Monaco, Switzerland and Italy), maprochaineauto.OS is considered to be one of the best marketing tools for automotive retail, increasing new and used vehicle sales by between 5 and 10% on average.

Among other new features, sales and marketing staff now have access to a single customer view, with precise, deduplicated data based on detailed and qualified segmentation. Interfaced with the dealers’ digital ecosystem, the powerful algorithms transform and standardise data automatically to produce a complete record of the customer’s history with the dealership (contacts, proposals, sales, invoicing, etc.) 

To help dealers build a dynamic and personalised sales strategy, neuralytics has also implemented a querier and a screenplay editing tool. Dealers can opt for pre-built programmes, or else create and publish personalised campaigns tailored to the unique profile of each target. For example, sales teams will be able to track a commercial proposal that has already been sent out and follow it up automatically by sending the prospect proposals for similar vehicles as soon as they come into stock. 

A landing page connected to the dealership’s stock is an alternative qualification channel. Operating in the same way an e-commerce site, it allows end customers to view a highly personalised selection of vehicles in real time, based on their single profile and current vehicle. Directly connected to the main e-mailing tools (Mailchimp, Mailjet, Brevo, etc.) and forms (Google Forms, Typeform, etc.) already used by dealers, maprochaineauto.OS also lets you email the contact and process each lead without leaving the tool. 

Available from €95 (excl. VAT) per month / dealership, neuralytics also provides training and weekly support at no extra cost, to guide staff  through the deployment and track returns on investment for maprochaineauto.OS.
