OpenFlex is easy to use with an intuitive interface. Business users can run a trade-in valuation process in just a few clicks, using the registration number of any vehicle still listed. The market value is displayed in real time along with adverts for similar vehicles. At the same time, used car repair costs are personalised, allowing dealers to tailor proposals to their sales policy.
OpenFlex connects with the main car advertising portals (La Centrale, leboncoin, AutoScoot24, etc.), publishing the dealer’s adverts automatically across the used vehicle market in France.
The lifeline of each vehicle can be fully customised, with alerts generated according to the age of the stock. The platform also allows automatic updates of selling prices, both internally and on the various advertising portals, in the event of market price fluctuations.
Encompassing all sales and CRM functions, OpenFlex is able to manage accessories, print price signs and oversee the full range of sales documentation (price proposals, order forms, etc.). All information, discussions and transactions with prospects and end customers are logged in strict compliance with the GDPR. The aim is to simplify commercial and administrative procedures, while also maintaining customer relations and planning for future new orders.
