bee2link group, new partner of Volvo Car France for its used car label, Volvo Selekt

Paris, 16.05.2023 – A pioneer in developing digital platforms and applications for automotive distribution players, bee2link has obtained certification and referencing from Volvo Car France as part of its Volvo Selekt label dedicated to the brand’s used vehicles. Volvo Car France and its distributors can now rely on bee2link’s Used Car Pack, thanks to its interconnected and fully automated 360° digital platform, to manage their used car business end-to-end.

The result: a unified and optimized used car sales journey for a smooth and seamless customer experience.

After conquering the networks of brands from several groups, such as Volkswagen, Nissan, Stellantis and Hyundai, bee2link reaches a new milestone. Already a partner of Volvo Car France for its online used vehicle trade-in tool, bee2link group is now certified and recommended by the manufacturer to its distributor network (125 sales points managed by 44 partners) for its Used Car Pack. Pioneering and innovative, bee2link thus becomes the second technology partner referenced by Volvo Car France for its used car business, both for purchasing and reselling used vehicles.

This new partnership is part of the customer promise formulated by Volvo Car France, as part of the redesign of its Volvo Selekt label. A label extended notably to all used vehicles of the brand aged 10 years maximum and not exceeding 150,000 kilometers on the odometer, enriched with warranty extensions for vehicles under 2 years old and all 100% electric models certified Volvo Selekt, and providing access to the possibility of exchanging your used car within 30 days or the limit of 1,500 kilometers.

bee2link’s technological advancement combined with the efficiency of its online used car trade-in tool, already proven by Volvo, convinced the manufacturer of the relevance and differentiating value proposition carried by the French publisher’s digital solutions. Indeed, interfaced and integrated into the Volvo Car France ecosystem, bee2link’s Used Car Pack brings together all the business tools necessary for optimizing a complete used car sales journey as well as performance management, both online and on-site, whether for individuals or dealers, and in compliance with label standards.

Building on the trust of renowned distributors, bee2link conducted an initial pilot phase in collaboration with one of its historical clients, sipa, a reference automotive distributor for the Volvo brand but also a user of bee2link’s digital solutions for the Volkswagen, FIAT, SEAT and Hyundai brands.

This collaboration paved the way for the technical deployment of the Used Car Pack in dealerships around 4 main functions:
